What Causes Obstruction In Penis During Urination?

My husband age 31 years old and he suffering from chyloria scince 2008 and tomorrow suddenly he doesnt pass urine he said some thing came in front of penis and he cant pass urine and I call a docter and he give me a some medicine to pass urine he take medicine and after 5 min he pass urine and he saw look like a lung peice came out from penis what is it? Help plz

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Chlyloria due filiraisis, Partial nephrectomy etc...
can lead to hematuria with clot formation in severe grade. second possibility is that Renal stones that leads to intense pain while passing through ureter and tip of penis because of small caliber.
I would like to suggest is to do his proper Renal plus urinary tract ultrasonography, X-ray KUB and Urine R/E.
Take plenty of fluids at least 8-12 glasses of water.
