What Causes Occasional Muscle Spasms And Twitches In Various Places?
Hi i occassionally get muscle spasms & twitches in various places but tonight for the last couple of hours i have had a very noticeable muscle spasm just above and on the inside part of my left knee. You can see it twitching it s that obvious. I do suffer with a bad back which has steadily got worse over a number of years but not had a scan on my back. I am 40 years of age. A bit worried as to what it could be?
