What Causes Occasional Numbness In Arms, Lightheaded, Headache With Heart Palpitation History?

both my arms went numb for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.. this happened several weeks ago on one occasion.. I have history of heart palpatations.. also feeling lightheaded with daily headaches.. wondering if I should be concerned now that arm symptoms have passed?
