What Causes Occasional Pain In Abdomen/lower Back/butt Area/clitoris With Family History Of IBS?
hi! thank you for your time. so for quite some time i've been having pain in my abdomen that comes and goes and sometimes it's really bad. and sometimes when i go pee, the pee comes out really slowly. but it's also been pain around my lower back/butt area. i also have a lot of odd clitoral pain, sometimes when i'm peeing and sometimes not. that also comes and goes. my family has a history of irritable bowel syndrome and almost two years ago i was diagnosed with gastritis and i also have acid reflux issues. most of my life i've had issues with urinary tract infections and i've also had some minor ovarian cysts. i hope this is enough information!
Hi. this pain is also related to your urine infection I suppose. You may be having urethritis or cystitis. Get your urine ex. done along with a scan of abdominal organs to see the exact cause for this. take plenty of fluids and some antispasmodic for the time being.Ovarian cysts minor have nothing to do with this. Also your family history of IBS should not effect you. Thanks.
