What Causes Oily Clear Discharge From Breasts?

Hi, I put on a bra that seemed a little tight but did not have a chance to change it. After 2 hours took it off and my right breast secreted an oily clear discharge. I stopped nursing 2.5 years ago and have never seen this before. What could it be?
