I have hair that seems to be alive and sticky greasy spots on my skin sponge like substance under my fingernails when I pick at certain spots they bleed more than normal and at first they are perfectly round holes when a scab dries it feels all sandy

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of oily scalp and skin blemishes. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction, contact dermatitis , eczema , psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis . Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to rashes. You should avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. You should take benadryl twice a day and avoid dry environment. Apply finasteride preparations on scalp. You should consult allergy specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order allergy test , blood test for IgE antibodies and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe anti allergic medicine , corticosteroid ointment and anti inflammatory. Doctor may also recommend you to eat gluten free food if your problem is related with gluten allergy.
