What Causes On And Off Pain Behind The Left Breast?

Off and on for the past year I have been experiencing a pain behind my left breast. Sometimes it is sharp enough that I want to poke my finger in the muscle between my armpit and breast to try and stop it. Sometimes it is just a burning sensation that lingers. Lately I have been feeling light headed along with it. I do not have insurance right now and scared to go get checked out until I do. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, muscular pain may be likely but it needs some investigations like mammogram and others till then it can be managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
