65 YEAR OLD MALE...FOR TWO WEEKS I HAVE PAIN IN MY RIGHT NIPPLE...ONLY WHEN I TOUCH IT..I FEEL A SHARP PAIN OR JUST A PAIN AT TIMES THE NIPPLE LOOKS FINE ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE PAIN IS ONLY TO ONE SIDE OF THE NIPPLE.....I DO HAVE HISTORY OF LIPOLMAS

history of lipoma isnot linked to present problem. it can only some inflamatory condition on nipple. requeres localexamination. if found so then acourse of antibiotic and analgesic can be given.
