What Causes One Side Of Anus To Be Slightly Raised And Purple?

Hi, I am a 19 year old male, and I noticed the other day that one side of my anus was slightly raised and purple, I thought hemorrhoids but it dose not hurt and has never bleed, plus I spend a lot of time standing and have a fairly good diet what else could it be? And what if anything should I do about it?

Go get a rectal examination done by a qualified surgeon. You might be having a small anal fissure or fistula in ano. Go get a surgical exam.
