Here first it seems you could have acute viral infection of respiratory tract.CBC and CRP done.If lymphocytosis then treat symptomatically as viral infection..Rest , analgesic and decongestent.... If CBC show neutrophilia and bacterial cause suspected treat with antibiotic... If you have fever also with nausea then meningitis investigated with examination and CSF examination... Analgesic can be taken.... Ear infection ruled out Like labyrinthitis can lead reffered pain... Measure your blood pressure also as accelerated hypertension can lead such symptoms.... Avoud loude noise, skipped meals, bright light etc.. Take enough sleep.... Hope your concern solved...
