What Causes One-sided Headaches, Sometimes Accompanied With Vomiting And Dizziness?

i have headaches once in a month sometimes one sided . First day in one side and may be on next day one other side. dizziness remains some times. when it is severe vomiting also accompanies. I have gastric problems also , gall bladder has been removed in 2006

Your headache seems to be Migraine to me. You can take painkillers for it. Nothing else to worry about. If it is too severe and recurring with high frequencies Sumatriptan may be started.
