What Causes One-sided Vibration Feeling In Chest, Recurrent Cold And Walking Pneumonia?

I feel like there is vibration or wheezing down on one side of my chest . Not noisy just vibraty(sp?). I have well controlled Type I diabetes for over 40 years and have had many chest colds and walking pneumonia, is it possibly the start of that? I want to make sure because I try to start on some antibiotic regimen before the potential infection worsens.
