hepatitis B, you need to be very careful about your diet. Relapses are common if you are leading a careless lifestyle. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & get CBC, Urinaluysis, Liver function tests & Imaging test done. Yes, you can continue to take
Liv 52, take digestives like Aristozyme.
To prevent
acid refluX you can take antacids or PPI's, one sos when required. Cut on alcohol intake, cut on
trans fat, refined flour, oily, spicy food, cheese, butter, red meat, poultry products to help your liver detox itself. You can take easily digestible food like Khichri, oatmeal, porridge, etc. Take boiled food for a couple of day. Do not take raw fruits or veggies, it will
stress your liver. Take only cooked food.
Sta well hydrated 7 take adequate rest. Stay connected with your treating doctor for follow up examinations.
Avoid stress,
anxiety,
depression, etc. Relapses occur due to unhealthy eating, stressssful lifestyle, inadequate sleep & addictions (like alcohol, drugs, medicines, etc).
