What Causes Oozing Of Yellow Liquid From Red Itchy Blisters?
Started out as a bug bite after I cratched it became a red itchy ring with blisters come out with yellow liqiq

Understanding your concern.
Yellowish colour fluid from red itchy rash after bug bite as per your query is because of formation of pus in that lesion. Initially after bite you got inflammation in that area and as an immediate allergic or hypersensitivity reaction red colored blisters form over there. Now because of continued bacterial infection in that area pus started accumulating and ozzing out.
I would suggest you to clean that area properly with antimicrobial agent. Apply little pressure on that area with cotton dipped in warm water to ooze out the pus properly. Apply betadine over it. Use of corticosteroid ointment is helpful. Take antibiotics orally to prevent further infection. Use calamine lotion on that to resolve itchiness .
Your symptoms will start resolving in 3-5 days. If it keeps on persisting visit dermatoloist once to find out any hidden cause for your symptoms.
