What Causes Oozing Of Yellow Mucus On Tongue While On Methamphetamine Use?

I have some irritation I think related to methamphetamine use. It's a few raw places on the tongue, inner cheeks and the roof of my mouth. My biggest concern is the yellowish, looks like mucous discharge on the top of my tongue. I was told I shouldn't rinse my mouth with peroxide? How do I rid my tongue of the goo?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain there is a possibility raw places on the mucosal surfacs inside the mouth are due to inflammation of the mucosal surfaces inside the mouth leading to Apthous stomatitis and Methamphetamine use can be a cause..
As far as yellow mucous over the top of the tongue is concerned it can be due to poor oral hygiene, pus discharging abscess over the tongue or inside the mouth, it can also be due to excess mucous formation in throat due to irritation caused due to Meth use etc..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
First of all stop meth use..
You should gargle with warm saline solution..
You can gargle with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
You can also gargle with antiseptic mouthwash..
Use a tongue scraper to clean the tongue..
Drink plenty of water..
