What Causes Oozing Of Yellow Pus From The Skin Tag?

I am Not sure if this is a skin tag I ve had for approximately two to three years it has gotten larger recently it was twisted and I didn t know it all day and it became rock hard and a dark dark black red color now after that it has been leaking yellow and clear fluid it smells and hurts extremely bad it is still the same size just flattered not sure what to do

It is due to some bacterial infection. Take some antibiotic like moxikind-cv or cefadroxyl after an expert opinion along with combiflam or ibugesic-plus for redness and pain. Do regular dressing under strict aseptic precautions. Use of neo-sporin powder or ointment for local application.
