What Causes Orange Color Discharge During Menstruation?

I m experiencing orange colored menstrual blood. Is this normal? Could it be related to the fact that I use energy efficient bulbs in my bathroom as I ve read some responses on here?? Or could it be an abnormally high amount of bilirubin in my blood??
