What Causes Orange Colored Anal Discharge?

My son had a bowel movement that was foul smelling and there was orange oil at the top of the water (5 pools with the largest being the size of a dime). When I wiped him, It took four wipes for all of the oil to be cleaned and it was almost fluorescent orange. There was no stool while wiping - just the oil. He didn t have any fish products. What might cause this? Should I be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of some infection is very likely and stool need to be examined for this till then it can be managed with "Lyophilized lactobacillus" sachets three time in day and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
