What Causes Orangish Red Urine And Lower Right Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi it s my first pregnancy I m 19 weeks 5 days. I ve been experiencing serve pain in my lower right side where appendix scar in and also round along the pelvic ovary area. I ve had bloods and urine done 3 times and not coming back with anything And now every morning my first wee is orange/red in colour does this mean anything ?

please get an Ultrasound of the abdomen done
the pain may be due to a Stone in your ureter and it may be traveling down in the process causing bleeding
any bleeding should not be taken lightly so please do go and discuss it with your physician
