Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
The differential diagnosis may vary according to age and gender and whether you have any comorbidity.
A severe iron deficiency anemia may cause this problem. However, these symptoms are more often functional and related to anxiety disorder.
However, underlying endocrinological or cardiac etiology should be ruled out.
Therefore, you should have the following tests done-
Complete blood count
Fasting plasma glucose
Fasting TSH
HbA1c
Routine urine examination
ECG
You may write back with the following information-
1. Your age, gender and area where you live
2. Any concurrent medical illness
3. History of fever
4. Bladder and bowel habit
5.investigation reports mentioned above
You may have relaxation sessions 30 min./ day.
You may consult your local physician for further evaluation.

Dr. Kaushik
