Hello, I have used a dry brush on my legs and I think it had bad bacteria and started getting little spots. I thought it would be good to do again to exfoliate however now I am getting Pulau infected looking spot or almost welt looking things on my legs that hurt. What should I do?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of outbreak of painful welts on legs. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction , rheumatic fever , contact dermatitis , drug allergy or psoriatic arthritis. Need not to worry at all. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to welts , avoid food like nuts and seafood , take over the counter antihistamine like benadryl . Consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may give adrenaline shot along with immunosuppressants , anti inflammatory and may refer you to orthopedic surgeon for psoriatic arthritis .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
