What Causes Outbreak Of Rashes On Arms And Wrists?

i keep breaking out in hives at random times.i ve been doing some drywalling and carpentry lately and painting.i have dogs as well and have recently been to the dentist as well for a filling.i had a hemorage in my cheeks as a result of the dentist nicking a vein in my cheek as well as a latex hypersensitivity reacton causing angioedma in my lips.i m now experiencing random rashes that break out on my arms and wrists and underarms and go away quickly
