What Causes Outer Ear Pain With Clear Fluid Discharge And Swelling?
hi. I slept on one side of my face and the crus helix on my left outer ear became painful. the next day, today, i notice dry organic material along the inner part of it. when i scratch it off, clear fluid drains from it and the area is slightly swollen. what is this? only hurts to touch it. know it will go away but curious to what caused it

Your symptoms suggests you could be having furuncle, infection of hair follicle around crux helix. If the pain increases you have to take a course of antibiotics to treat infection.
