What Causes Ovarian GCT, Left-sided Abdominal Pain, Constipation And Blood In Stool?
I was diagnosed with gct left ovary last july, surgery same month to remove a large tumour 25 x 18cm, I had my stool tested and it came back with blood in both samples, I had a colonoscopy done nothing found, 5 months later I still have incredible amounts of pain on left side, constipation, blood in stools but not on toilet paper, please help

Hello,
An ovarian tumor is unlikely to cause blood in stools. I suggest you to get colonoscopy done to look for probable cause of blood in stools.
