What Causes Ovarian Cancer?
My sister past three yrs ago in Chicago from Ovarian cancer. Just came upon your info by accident and was always interested in the whys etc she was saddled with this. Thanx for some of your info. Ovarian cancer caused by genetic mutations. Some ovarian cancers run in families along with breast cancers. Germline mutations in BRCA1 and BRCA2 lead to familial breast and ovarian cancers. Ovarian cancers don't occur because of accidents.
