What Causes Over Sensitiveness To Temperature?

I have a temperature of about 94 degrees and I feel nauseous. I live in Ames, IA. and I just put on a sweatshirt which should help make me warmer. Thermostat is set on 65 degrees. I just got over pneumonia and received a pneumonia and a flu shot on Monday, the 9th.
