I have been having pain in the area above my genitals near the shaft of my penis. Feels like a gland or lymph node on each side in my pelvic area. I also have a swollen ring underneath the head (gland) of my penis and the tip is slightly swollen. I have no trouble or pain urinating or ejaculating semen. I have been feeling tired and initially had flu like symptoms with a slight fever and chills. I started taking an old prescription of amoxicillin and had some relief but noticed the swollen ring around my shaft to feel like a hard lump in a ring shape
