What Causes Pain Above The Left Hip And Around The Groin Area?

I have hip pain, above left hip and around front to my groin area. Pain is continuous and feels warm, and can be sharp. An antiinflammoratory helps, but the pain returns every day. This does not feel like the joint itself, but above the hip moving to center of back and to front. Could this be kidney stones? Sorry I m retired and on fixed income, I didn t know it cost money, thank you for your time, have a nice evening.

Structures above the left hip are the large intestine and left kidney. Whats is important for you is to do abdomino pelvic ultrasound and xrays. Thank you.
