What Causes Pain Above The Navel Along With Breathing Difficulty?

have been feeling bad for about 4 months, off & on. the last 5 weeks i ve felt bad all the time. my symptoms are:stomach pain right above my navel, head & body pain, shortness of breath, and nausea-dry heaves & sometimes throw up a little. I go to the VA. so far, i ve had 2 lung x-rays, a nuclear stress test, 2 ct scans on my stomach, & still no diagnosis. they are going to schedule an upper GI, but it may be at leasta month or so before it happens. what do you think? thanks
