General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Pain above the pelvis bone at back going around the back and down the leg seems to be neurogenic. Some pressure on the concerned nerve (due to some mass - may be an inguinal lymph node or a problem with the lumbosacral spine / intervertebral disc) would cause such pain.
The cause needs to be pinpointed by an MRI followed by specific management to relieve the problem.
Please consult a physician to start with, followed by referral to the needful expert.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
