What Causes Pain Above The Penis And In Lower Abdominal Area?
Hello Doctor,
I am 24 year male with 589Kg. I am feeling severe pain in the lower abdominal area while I am playing squash/cricket. First it felt as pain in the thigh joints but later it was right above the penis and in lower abdominal area. Is it related to UTI or sexual?

Do you also feel pain while urination if yes then it might be due to UTI. I would advise you to get your urine C/e done. Moreover, I would advice you to wear tight under wear while playing sports for good scrotal support.
