What Causes Pain Above The Rib Cage On The Right Side?
Hi there. I have pain just above the bottom of my rib cage on my right hand side of my chest. I have a history of asthma. I also have palpitations at times. I have noticed I m mute chesty than normal over the past few days. Should I have reason for concern
It is possible that you are getting an acute chest infection. You may need to increase your preventor medication (steroid inhaler) to reduce the chance of an acute asthma attack occurring.
A mucolytic may be needed if you have a wet cough. It would help to break up the mucus in the chest.
I hope this helps
