What Causes Pain Above The Right Eye Like Pins And Needles?

Hello, doctor(s). I am a 44 year old healthy male 6' 2", 200 lbs. I recently started having pain above my right eye, almost like a dull headache, but it really hurts to the touch - like severe pins and needles. I'm guessing a sinus issue. What do you think? Thank you in advance.

It can be sinus, local inflammatory reason, or migraine. After local examination, take x-ray pns IOT MEASUREMENT. Now one can confirm the diagnosis accordingly treatment can be given.
