What Causes Pain Above Waistline While Having Umbilical Hernia?

Have had severe pain at times in left side/front above waistline now also in right side but not as bad. If I bend or stretch to pick up something from the floor or turn over in bed pain really bad havng to apply pressure on the area to get through it. I do have an umbilical hernia but pain is above this area to the side.

I would suggest you to go for Ultrasonography abdomen
This will help us to make this diagnosis and rule out the case and on the basis of medication can be initiated
