I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if there is some device in uterine cavity then this need to be removed first and have Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day and Tab Cefdinire 300 mg twice in day for 5 days the chances of vaginitis is likely and antibiotic may be needed, have a nice day.
