What Causes Pain Again On The Same Appendicitis Spot?

Hi, i'm 14 years old, around 149cm tall, and my weight is 47kgs. I have recently have an appendicitis open surgery. Which was the keyhole surgery. And now, i feel that i have pain on same spot ( the left lower side ) as last time, and pain feels much more uncomfortable. Is it possible that i have appendicitis again? What are the causes of this? How is it possible?
Please help.

- post appendicectomy stump pain - intestine colic - port closure site
stretching - wind pain of peristalsis .

* There is no chance of appendicitis again once it is removed completely .
