What Causes Pain Along With Small Bumps On Right Side Of Neck?
I am having neck pain that is causing pain in my shoulder. I can feel small lumps or balls on the right side of my neck that are not painful. if I use my arm too much the pain in my shoulder (deltoid area) comes quickly. Heat helps and so does ibuprofen.
welcome at HCM i really appreciate your health concerns what is ur age and sex? any co morbidity like diabetes or hypertension? any neck spine problem? any fever? and history of TB in past? It is very difficult to diagnose. you need a proper examination and assessment for a diagnosis the pain which you have described seem to be muscular in origin. you should take rest and avoid too much exertion on affected muscle. avoid massage of the muscle too. you should have physiotherapy session for it. just stay calm and take rest and meet your doctor so that you can be properly examined and investigated and rule out any spinal cause for your pain. you may need to have an Xray as well as MRI of cervical spine . you can use acetaminophen to relieve pain get well soon regards dr saad sultan
