What Causes Pain And A Bump On Back Post Child Delivery?

Please help my I m 26 I have 2 kid youngest 5 months 2 months after he was born I began to have back pain I started to feel along mid spin and notice a bump thats painful and moved a little when I press my whole mid back hurts so bad what can it be I didn t have an epidural with either kids

The biophysical stress of delivery can damage the spinal ligaments, muscles, discs. This can cause back pain for patients like you.
YOu are advised to consult a gynecologist/ orthopedic surgeon to get physically examined & investigated to confirm spinal injury & exclude other causes like.. osteoporosis/ arthritis/ pelvic infection/ side effect of epidural or spinal anesthesia during delivery.
Finding exact cause would help specific treatment.
