HI.....M ROHIT .M 21 YRS OLD.....I HAD MINOR SCOLIOSIS......YESTRDAY WHILE PLAYIN BASKETBALL I GOT A JERK IN MY BACK ........N SINCE DEN ITS PAININ BADLY........IN D MORNIN DER WER BLACK SPOTS IN D AREA wer it ws paining..........what shud i do.......is it slip disc or sevre?????plz reply fast

Hello Rohit,

Thank you for writing us,

I would like to suggest you to do rest for this particular problem and give massage on paining area with light hand.

Also take total bed rest as you said its paining badly.

If pain is there after resting for few days you may have to concern to physician.

He will suggest you after checking you physically.
