What Causes Pain And Bleeding During Bowel Movement?
I was told by my M.D. I had frishers. Two days after,I had a bowel movement,which was very painful. I had about a teaspoonful of blood on the toilet paper. There was a small amount of blood in the bowel. I felf very weak,pain in the lower part of my stomach. I was in a lot of pain that night,in the rectum and stomach. I had sweats,chills and loss of appetite the next day. I had pressure and pain in rectum and bloated stomach.
Hello, I can understand your problem. Fissures are very painful. They are due to tear of anal mucosa and skin which happens due to tight anal sphincter tone and straining at stools. You might have also developed infection around that. Various medical treatments are available for the same like nitroglycerin ointment for muscle relaxation, lignocain for pain relief and antibiotics if there is infection. Patient also needs lubricant laxatives, stool softener and high fiber diet to prevent constipation. Surgery can also be done if it does heal by these treatment.
