Hi last friday i started feeling pain while urinating.. that same day i was diagnosed woth hypertension because of 140/90 blood pressure.. i was medications for that but i forgot to tell the doctor about my problem on my urine with a little blood in it and the pain while urinating.. im still takig the meds for hypertension now.. friday evening i noticed a small red flesh like came out after i pee... what could this be?

The way you describe the symptoms, I think that you have an urinary tract infection. You don't mention any other symptoms, like fever, so it might be an uncomplicated case of urinary tract infection.
I recommend to drink a lot of water, especially cranberry products. For the pain you can take Phenazopyridine. It will not fight the inflammation, just will alleviate your pain. Do not take it for more then two days, since it might mask your treatment efficacy. You will also need antibiotics (Ciprofloxacin or Bactrim).
If your symptoms still persists or worsen (especially fever), you have to do an urinalysis, urine culture and an ultrasound of kidneys and bladder.
