HI., I have a friend shes having a problem whenever she like to go for pee its really paining and right now there is some spot or some little blood on her panty what i will do to help her., and whenever she will go for pee its nothing came out and as per her it was really pain. Thanks
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... Pain & bleeding during urination is mainly due to two problem first is urinary tract infection & second is urinary tract calculus or stones. Urinary tract infection is very common in females & could cause both pain and bleeding during urination. It is diagnosed by urine examination under microscope. Presence of pus cells, red blood cells, epithelial cells etc will show urinary tract infection. It would be treated by giving antibiotics. Drinking ample amount of water also helps to reduce infection. An ultrasound would also be suggested to rule-out possibility of urinary tract calculus. Urinary tract calculus is more prone to cause urinary incontinence/blockage.
Refer to a Urologist Hope this information helps
