Hi,

Bleeding from penis can happen if you have some problems related to urethra like stricture or urinary tract infection.

You need a clinical evaluation to know what could be the cause. You need to consult Urologist promptly for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
