What Causes Pain And Bloating In Lower Abdomen?

I am having acute pain in the lower abdomen--primarily pelvic area. My stomach is bloated, I m having very small bowel movements right after I eat but very small stools and lot of cramping/bloating/gas, etc. Pain now feels like a burning/heat and it s transferred to the groin area. Been going on for about 5-6 weeks with intensity building.

I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
what is your age and sex? for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? what is the color of your stools? any greasy stools? any increased frequency of urine? do u have got constipation alternating with diarrhoe?
In my opinion, just on the basis of your history , it appears that you have got UTI along with irritable bowels. You need to be examined and investigated properly for definitive diagnosis.
If i am your attending physician i will get your FBC ESR CRP URINE R/E along with ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND SCAN to look for the probable cause.
Meanwhile stay calm and use OMEPRAZOLE 40mg before breakfast. use isphaghol husk to relieve constipation.
Meet GASTROENTROLOGIST for proper workup.
