I am suffering from gas and bloating with pain on the left side. I also suffer dehydration and try to drink water every hour. Recently i suffered hyperacidity and heartburn when taking meals. Last i checked my blood test showing high unconjugate bilirubin reading . I am thinking that there is no bile excretion and suspect some blockage of bile ducts. Is this all related. What can i do about this. Also my left shoulder joint started paining at the same time as gas and bloating occurred. Any relation. The shoulder joint still hurts and i need to take pain killer to sleep.
