What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Abdomen?
For sometime now I have not been able to eat regularly. My upper abdomen or stomach area always seems to be tight and extended even when I haven t eaten anything all day. Even a drink can be somewhat painful. Irregular bowl but seem to have them. Mostly the discomfort and bloated feeling is in my stomach.???

upper abdomen tightness may be due to dyspeptic conditions ...you may be having fatty liver or gall bladder disease or pancreatic disease or simply gastritis ..this is what I can figure out of your symptoms and alcohol habit so please visit your doctor he may do liver tests and order ultrasound abdomen ..in my patients I find the cause of upper abdomen problem with these
