What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Lower Abdomen?
Mild gas pain lower belly for about 2-3 days. Going to bathroom about 5-7 times a day with a little stool each time. No blood. No pain after and later on comes back. Little short trips. Usually I go about twice a day and normal amount of stool. This is like baby stool.

If the symptoms are are less than a week there is possibility of intestinal infection. You need a stool examination and a complete blood count to role out infection.
