What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Lower Abdomen?

I have lower abdominal pain, bloating, hurts to stretch in lower abdomen, and last few days I haven t been as hungry as usual. could this be an ovarian cyst? Pain started around June 18 or 19, so it will almost be a month. It s like I can feel a tugging down there.

I can understand your concern.
Bloating, decreased appetite, lower abdominal painkiller etc are suggestive of intestinal infection more.
Ovarian cyst can also cause similar symptoms but it is less likely.
So get done ultrasound examination of abdomen. Ultrasound will tell you both, intestinal infection and ovarian cyst.
Treatment is based on diagnosis.
Don't worry, you will be alright but first get done ultrasound abdomen.
