Mon nite I had a small bowl of vanillia/cherry(real cherries)flavored ice cream. Within an hour my stomach started aching & felt swollen. Went to bed & had a miserable nite sleeping. Got up Tues morn & felt awful. Stomach ached along with lower back & sides just below rib cage. I had a normal BM before work. Struggled all day @ work with previous symptoms along with occasional light heaviness & headache. Could only eat a few bites of a sandwich & sips of chicken soup for lunch. Shortly thereafter, I had an upset stomach & started feeling chilled. Got home & found out I was running a 101.5 fever. Symptoms continued through the nite. Didn t feel much better this morning so I stayed home & tried to rest till noon. Got up & started feeling better as the day went along. This evening, however, started running a 99.3 fever & started aching again in the same places. Very little appetite since this started . Last BM was yesterday after lunch. What could possibly be going on?
