I am a male 28 years of age and generally a fit person. No illness or ongoing issues. Although for the past 3 days I have had bad stomach cramps and my stomach feels unusually tight/bloated. Have not eaten much over the past couple of days due to this feeling. Slight case of diarreah. What’s wrong with me.
